I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money I may die possessed of or may first into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n<p> 2nd. I will, give and bequeath to my youngest son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Larkin W. Eidson<\/span>, all my land containing 375 acres, lying in Hawkins County, Tenn., Dist. #3, adjoining the lands of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Swinefield Eidson<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Isaac Bloomer<\/span> &amp; others, to have said land after my death and my wife&#8217;s after which he must pay to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Creton Eidson<\/span>, my oldest son, $265.00 and each of my children now living the like sum, to wit: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Willson Eidson<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Wm. Eidson<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Samuel Eidson<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth Frost<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Martha Hunter<\/span>;<\/p>\n<p>likewise my will is\u2026he pay to my grand children, to wit: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Swinefield Eidson<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">John Eidson<\/span> &amp; <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">William Klepper<\/span>, $50.00 each.<\/p>\n<p>The above money to be paid to the above named heirs at the expiration of three years after my death and my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Martha Eidson<\/span>&#8216;s.<\/p>\n<p>My will is that <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Larkin W. Eidson<\/span> has the hole control of all my lands after my death and that he take care of and provide for his mother during her lifetime.<\/p>\n<p> 3rd. It is my will and desire that all my personal property be sold after my death except one choice cow, one sow and pigs and all the household and kitchen furniture which I will to my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Martha Eidson<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p> 4th. I will and bequeath to my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Creton Eidson<\/span>, $100.00 after my death out of the proceeds of my personal estate.<\/p>\n<p> 5th. I will and it is my [desire] that after my debts is all paid out of my property that the balance of the proceeds of my personal Estate go to my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Larkin W. Eidson<\/span> if anything left.<\/p>\n<p> Lastly. I nominate &amp; appoint my <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Larkin W. Eidson<\/span> my Executor to this my last Will &amp; Testament.<\/p>\n<p> In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal This the twenty fourth day of January, Eighteen Hundred &amp; fifty nine.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> William<\/span> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">X<\/span>] <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eidson<\/span> (seal) (his mark)<\/p>\n<p> Signed, sealed &amp; published in our presence, and we have subscribed our names hereto in presence of the Testator This January 24th, 1859.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> C.
