Proven: July Term, 1852<\/p>\n
I, Polly Everhart<\/span>, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n First. I direct that my debts be paid and my other expenses out of any money that may be coming to me.<\/p>\n Second. I give and bequeath to my sister, Sally Stewart<\/span>, my bed and bed clothing, also my flax wheel and reel, all my clothing, also my clock.<\/p>\n Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint David Stewart<\/span> my Executor.<\/p>\n In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal This 18th day of May, 1852.<\/p>\n Polly<\/span> [X<\/span>] Everhart<\/span> (seal) (her mark)<\/p>\n Signed, sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the Testator.
