I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor or Administrator.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I give and bequeath to my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth<\/span> all my lands, it being in two tracts &#8212; one on which I now live and the other adjoining thereunto, together with all my personal property consisting of horses, cattle, hogs, sheep &amp; poultry, together with all my household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils and to have and to hold during her natural life, an dispose of as she may think proper.<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly through Ninthly. I give and bequeath one dollar (only) to each of my children as follows: Daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delila Jane<\/span>; son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Eldridge C<\/span>; son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James C<\/span>; son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alexander H<\/span>; son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cairnaro G<\/span>; son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Absalom L. B.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In witness hereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal. This 11th day of January, 1853.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> James Webster<\/span> (seal)<\/p>\n<p>Signed sealed published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the Testator This 11th day of January, 1853.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">J. Charles<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Codicil to the last Will &amp; Testament of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James Webster<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>First, my will and desire is that my beloved wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth<\/span> be &#8212; and I do hereby constitute her my sole Executrix, and that she be not required to give security for her performance of said Trust.<\/p>\n<p>In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal.
