\nProven: May Term, 1853<\/p>\n
I, James Webster<\/span> do make and publish this my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor or Administrator.<\/p>\n Secondly. I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth<\/span> all my lands, it being in two tracts — one on which I now live and the other adjoining thereunto, together with all my personal property consisting of horses, cattle, hogs, sheep & poultry, together with all my household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils and to have and to hold during her natural life, an dispose of as she may think proper.<\/p>\n Thirdly through Ninthly. I give and bequeath one dollar (only) to each of my children as follows: Daughter Delila Jane<\/span>; son Eldridge C<\/span>; son James C<\/span>; son Alexander H<\/span>; son Cairnaro G<\/span>; son Absalom L. B.<\/span><\/p>\n In witness hereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal. Charles Codicil to the last Will & Testament of James Webster<\/span>.<\/p>\n First, my will and desire is that my beloved wife Elizabeth<\/span> be — and I do hereby constitute her my sole Executrix, and that she be not required to give security for her performance of said Trust.<\/p>\n In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal.
