\nProven: May Term, 1857<\/p>\n
State of Tennessee, Hawkins County.<\/p>\n
I Theorderic Webb<\/span> do make and publish this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executors.<\/p>\n Secondly. I give and bequeath to my three children that is under age (to wit): Theodore<\/span>, Henry<\/span> and Catharine<\/span>, as much property as will make them equal with those that is of age.<\/p>\n Thirdly. I give and bequeath to my wife Catharine<\/span> all the rest of my property, real and personal, during her lifetime or widowhood (to wit) my plantation and plantation utensils and all my stock of every kind, household and kitchen furniture, &c.<\/p>\n Fourthly. I give and bequeath at the death or marriage of my wife Catharine<\/span> all the property that remains both real and personal to my children (to wit) John Webb<\/span>, Elijah Webb<\/span>, Patsy Price<\/span>, Susannah Price<\/span>, Lucinda Shanks<\/span>, Samuel Webb<\/span>, Gabriel Webb<\/span>, David Webb<\/span>, and the above named minors (to wit), Theodore<\/span>, Henry<\/span> and Catharine<\/span>, their heirs or assigns forever to be divided equally among them.<\/p>\n Fifthly. I give and bequeath to my daughter Polly<\/span> one dollar and no more.<\/p>\n Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint John Webb<\/span> and Elijah Webb<\/span> my Executors.<\/p>\n In witness whereof I do to this my last will set my hand and seal.
