Walker<\/b> of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and memory and understanding to make and ordain and establish this as my last Will and Testament in words following, that is to say:<\/p>\n<p>First. After my decease, I desire my body to be buried decently and the expenses thereof paid out of my Estate, and all just debts be paid.<\/p>\n<p>Second. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lucinda Walker<\/span> the hole of my Estate both real and personal during her life, provided she remains my widow, and if she should marry, it is my wish that she have one fifth part of my estate, that is to say &#8212; one child&#8217;s part.<\/p>\n<p>3rd. It is my wish and desire that my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polly Ann Walker<\/span> shall have a horse, saddle and bridle, a cow, a bed and furniture.<\/p>\n<p>4th. It is my wish that my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">William Walker<\/span> shall have a horse, saddle and bridle, a cow, a bed and furniture, when he come to be 21 years of age.<\/p>\n<p>5th. It is my wish that my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Martha Caroline Walker<\/span> shall have a horse, saddle and bridle, a cow and bed and furniture when she comes to be 21 years of age,<\/p>\n<p>and it is also my wish that all my property both real and personal be sold in such ways and in such manner as my Executors hereafter named may think most advantageous, and the moneys arising therefrom to be equally divided between my children, namely: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth Jane Horner<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polly Ann Walker<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">William Walker<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Martha Caroline Walker<\/span>. My wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lucinda Walker<\/span> included.<\/p>\n<p>I also nominate and appoint my wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lucinda<\/span> and my son-in-law <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Thomas N. Horner<\/span> my Executors.<\/p>\n<p>I acknowledge this to be my last Will &amp; Testament.
