\nProven: March 1st, 1858<\/p>\n
I, Allen Vaughan<\/span>, do make and publish this as my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon as possible out of any money that I may die possessed or, or may first come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n Secondly. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Nelly<\/span> all my land, being the tract on which I now live, for and during her natural life and no longer.<\/p>\n Thirdly. The land mentioned in the above bequest at the death of my wife, I give and bequeath to my three children (to wit), my son, Allen<\/span>, my daughters, Rebecca<\/span> and Susan<\/span>, to be equally divided between them on account of their having helped me to pay for said land.<\/p>\n Fourthly. I give and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca<\/span> one large pot.<\/p>\n Fifthly. I give and bequeath to my son Allen<\/span>, my daughters Rebecca<\/span> and Susan<\/span> all my personal property that may be on hand, if any, after paying all my just debts, to be equally divided between them.<\/p>\n Last. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Allen<\/span> my Executor.<\/p>\n In witness whereof I do to his my will set my hand and seal.
