I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid out of any monies I may die possessed of or that may first come into the hands of my Executors.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I will and bequeath to my sons <b>Christian Sensabaugh<\/b> and <b>Richard Sensabaugh<\/b> equally all of my property of every kind and description, both real and personal that I may die possessed of &#8212; my land, my negro man <b>Edward<\/b>, household and kitchen furniture, stock, grain, farming utensils and all effects belonging to me of every kind.<\/p>\n<p>But I require that the said <b>Christian<\/b> and <b>Richard<\/b> to do the following things.<\/p>\n<p>They must maintain, support, provide for and take care of my wife <b>Nancy<\/b> during her life.<\/p>\n<p>I also require them to pay out to my son <b>David Sensabaugh<\/b> $300.00; to my son <b>Michael<\/b> $300.00; to my daughter <b>Susan Amis<\/b> $300.00; to my daughter <b>Nancy Sensabaugh<\/b> $150.00; to the children of <b>Joseph Sensabaugh<\/b> $200.00 which shall be the share of each in my Estate.<\/p>\n<p>And to my daughter <b>Elizabeth Bowman<\/b>, as her share, $200.00 to be held as a trust fund in the hands of my Executors hereinafter named, during her life to be loaned out by them and the interest to be paid to her annually, and at her death it is my will and desire that it shall go to her daughter <b>Susan Jane Bowman.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I have already paid to each of my sons, <b>John Sensabaugh, Henry<\/b> and <b>Jacob<\/b> all that I wish them to receive out of my Estate.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly. I hereby constitute and appoint my son <b>Christian<\/b> and my son-in-law <b>James Amis<\/b> Executors of this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n<p>In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal.
