I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Margaret<\/span> one horse or mule and her maintenance off my land and one year&#8217;s provision, two cows, my household and kitchen furniture during her widowhood, and at her death or marriage what there remains is to be sold and equally divided between my five daughters.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I give and bequeath unto the dunker church the meeting house and one acre of land around the house.<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly. I give and bequeath unto my three sons, <b>Joseph, Samuel<\/b> and <b>Abraham<\/b> the remainder of my land as follows:<\/p>\n<p>First, I will and bequeath to <b>Samuel<\/b> one third of my land included where he now lives, mansion house, out house lot and barn where I now live.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, I give and bequeath unto <b>Abraham<\/b> one third of my land including my mansion house, out house, lot and barnd where I now live,<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly, I gave and bequeath unto <b>Joseph<\/b> the other third if he ever get back from the army, but if he never get back, I give and bequeath that third to be equally divided between <b>Anna<\/b> and <b>Rachael Molsbee<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>I gave and bequeath to my five daughters, to wit: <b>Catherine Consinger, Margaret Consinger, Mary Isenberg, Anna<\/b> &amp; <b>Rachael Molsbee<\/b> $300.00 each to be paid two years after my death in _______ currency. This amount is to be paid by my three sons. Each one hundred dollars to each daughter.<\/p>\n<p>If <b>Joseph<\/b> never git back, <b>Rachael<\/b> and <b>Anney<\/b> to pay his part to the other daughters. I will and bequeath unto my five grand children, <b>William Molsbee&#8217;s<\/b> children, $50.00 each to be paid two years after my death in currency to be paid out of the money and proceeds of the sayle of my property.<\/p>\n<p>I mean my stock and farming utensils if over that amount the remaining to be equally divided between my five daughters.<\/p>\n<p>The remains also to be paid two years after my death in common currency.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint <b>D. D. Anderson<\/b> and <b>Abraham Molsbee<\/b> my sole Executors in this my last Will and Testament. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal This the 13th day of April in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Eight hundred and Sixty-four.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> David<\/span> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">X<\/span>] <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Molsbee<\/span> (seal) (his mark)<\/p>\n<p>Signed sealed and delivered in the presents of the forenamed <b>David Molsbee<\/b> to be his last Will &amp; Testament in witness hereunto we have subscribed our names as witnesses:<\/p>\n<p><b>Joel C.
