My wife <b>Crsiah<\/b> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">sic<\/span>] <b>Pilant<\/b> is to have all my property of every description, in her power to make sale of any of s&#8217;d property so far as to pay all my debts, and the balance she is to have her lifetime or widowhood,<\/p>\n<p>and let it be understood that the balance of my property is to support my wife and wrais the children that is not of age,<\/p>\n<p>and let it be remembered that my son <b>Robert<\/b> and my son <b>George<\/b> is to have all my land at the time that my wife marries or they become of age, and if one of them should die before they are of age, my son <b>John<\/b> is to have that one part, and if the both should die, my son <b>Thomas<\/b> is to have the other part.<\/p>\n<p>And I give my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Joseph<\/span> six shillings, my son <b>James<\/b> six shillings, my son <b>William<\/b> six shillings, my son <b>Laves<\/b> six shillings, my son <b>Kinching<\/b> six shillings and I give my daughter <b>Charlet<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">foer<\/span> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">sic<\/span>] six shillings, <b>Nanna Gourley<\/b> six shillings, and I give my daughter <b>Polly<\/b> six shillings, my daughter <b>Milly<\/b> six shillings, daughter <b>Rachael<\/b> six shillings, my daughter <b>Betsy<\/b> six shillings, my son <b>Thomas<\/b> six shillings, my son <b>John<\/b> six shillings.<\/p>\n<p>In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal.<\/p>\n<p><b>John<\/b> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">X<\/span>] <b>Pilant<\/b> (seal) (his mark)<\/p>\n<p>Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ozburn<\/span> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">X<\/span>] <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hale <\/span>(his mark)<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">John Jones<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">J.
