\nProven Oct. Term, 1858<\/p>\n
I Milla Overton<\/b> being of sound and disposing memory do hereby<\/b> make and publish this<\/b> my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made, and<\/b> in regard to my little personal property, having nothing but what was bestowed upon me by the Government of the United States as a pension from the services of my husband in the Revolutionary War, and a claim that S Powel<\/b> my agent is prosecuting before the Pension Officer of the United States for arrearages of pension.<\/p>\n
I will and bequeath of the pension due me and arrearages of pension due, prosecuted by said Powel<\/b> so much as will be sufficient to amply pay Susan Wells<\/b> for taking care of me, nursing me in my sickness, so that she may be amply and<\/b> fully indemnified for all her trouble.<\/p>\n
And believing that said moneys if obtained will not more than pay said Susan Wells<\/b> for her trouble and pay my burial expenses, my will is that said Susan<\/b> Wells, after paying said<\/b> expenses have whatever may be coming to me as above stated.<\/p>\n
Witness my hand and seal This 19th day of August, 1858.<\/p>\n
