In the Name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n
I, John K. Arnold<\/b>, do make this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n
First. I will and bequeath to Almighty God my soul, who gave it.<\/p>\n
Secondly, It is my will that my wife Martha Arnold<\/b> have my plantation whereon I now live during her natural lifetime to do with as she pleases while she lives.<\/p>\n
I also will that my wife have all the household and kitchen furniture and all the stocks on hand, any horses, cattle, hogs and sheep, and all the crop or grain that may be on hand at the time of my death.<\/p>\n
Thirdly. I will that my two sons William <\/b>and Andrew J. Arnold<\/b> have at the time of the death of my wife the entire plantation that I have willed to my wife, and that my two sons, William<\/b> and Jackson<\/b> Arnold <\/b>pay to each of my children Five Dollars apiece, that is to say: John Granville, Thomas Greenberry, Eliza, George, Alfred, Sarah, Juliann<\/b> and Harvey Arnold.<\/b><\/p>\n
Fourthly. It is my will that my wife Martha<\/b> pay all my debts and funeral expenses as soon as she can after my death out of any property or money that I may die possessed of.<\/p>\n
This the 10th day of October, 1859.<\/p>\n
