I, Jonatha<\/b>n Anderson<\/b> do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n
First. I do direct my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n
Secondly. I give and bequeath unto my two grandsons, to wit: Elen Anderson<\/b> and Carter Anderson<\/b> one dollar each.<\/p>\n
Thirdly. I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Rhody Anderson<\/b> as once was, but now Rhody Sizemore<\/b>, one dollar.<\/p>\n
Fourthly. I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine Anderson<\/b> as once was, but now Catherine Herd<\/b>, one dollar.<\/p>\n
Fifthly. I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Anderson<\/b>, as once was, but now Mary Smith<\/b>, one dollar.<\/p>\n
Sixthly and lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint Beverly C. Ford<\/b> my Executor.<\/p>\n
In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal. This 3rd day of March, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-nine.<\/p>\n
