This Indenture made this sixth of August, in the year of our Lord 1822.<\/p>\n
David Anderson<\/b> of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee, being weak of body but of sound mind and memory, knowing that all men is [sic<\/span>] born to die and after death to go to Judgement, do make this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n In the Name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n I wish and devise to my son, David M.
