I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first cone into the hands of my Executors.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I sell my son <b>Anthony B. Keele<\/b> all the lands and possessions that I am seized and possessed of at this time for the sum of $1,200.00. Six hundred dollars to me in hand paid and the said <b>A. B. Keele <\/b>to have one half of the lands in possession from this date, and six hundred dollars at my death and the death of my wife <b>Livy Ann<\/b>, and the said <b>A. B. Keele<\/b> to have all my lands and possession.<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly. I bequeath to my two sons for their interest in my estate, to <b>A. B. Keele<\/b> 50 acres of land and <b>Jesse Keele,<\/b> 80 acres.<\/p>\n<p>Fourthly. All the personal property and moneys that is left at my death and the death of my wife <b>Livy Ann<\/b> is to be equally divided amongst my daughters <b>Elizabeth Coffman, Mary Eavin, Rachael Deriaux, Heneretta Bailey, Matilda Weams, Sibbriney Carter<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Fifthly. My negro man named <b>Archabel <\/b>shall be emancipated and set at perfect liberty at our deaths.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint my two sons <b>Jesse Keele<\/b> and <b>A. B. Keele<\/b> my Executors.<\/p>\n<p>In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 13 January, 1845.<\/p>\n<p><b>William<\/b> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">X<\/span>] <b>Keele<\/b> (seal) (his mark)<\/p>\n<p>Signed sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the Testator.
