I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife<b> Elizabeth<\/b> the mansion house, out house, and her maintenance of her land during her natural life, also all my personal property died poses of [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">sic<\/span>] after all my just debts or paid not otherwise bequeathed by me.<\/p>\n<p>Second. I will and bequeath unto my daughter <b>Marh Isen<\/b> as much of the property as will make her equal to the rest of the children, or as much as they got from home when they was married.<\/p>\n<p>And the remainder of my property to be quail divied between all my children.<\/p>\n<p>Third. I will and bequeath unto my three grand children in payment for their lot of land and the child that pay them gits the lot of land pars as follows: To <b>Jacob J. Malory<\/b> $100.00. To <b>Mary M. Mallory <\/b>S75.00. To <b>Moriah A. Mallory<\/b> $75.00, all amounting to $250.00 to be paid as above named as they become of age.<\/p>\n<p>4th. I will and bequeath all my land to be equal between all of my children. <b>Simeon Isenberg<\/b> is to have <b>Joseph B. Isenberg<\/b>&#8216;s lot of land &amp; <b>Elizabeth Mallory <\/b>three children is to have the above named sum for their lot of land.<\/p>\n<p>5th. I will and bequeath unto my son <b>Simon Isenberg <\/b>his mansion house out house and orchard including his lot of land where he now lives. I will and bequeath unto my son <b>Benjamin Isenberg <\/b>his mansion house out house and orchard where he now lives including his lot of land.<\/p>\n<p>6th. I will and bequeath unto the child that waits on or takes care of me and their mother while we live is to have my house where __________lives, including their lot of land.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly. I nominate my son <b>Simeon Isenberg<\/b> my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n<p>Given under my hand and seal This the twenty first day of April one Thousand eight hundred and fifty nine.<\/p>\n<p><b>Jacob Isenberg<\/b> (seal)<\/p>\n<p>Publish and sealed and delivered in the presence of us who hereunto subscribed our names in the presence of the above Testator as witnesses.<\/p>\n<p><b>D.
