{"id":1413,"date":"2014-02-08T22:40:21","date_gmt":"2014-01-26T07:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/hawkins\/?p=1413"},"modified":"2014-02-08T22:51:31","modified_gmt":"2014-02-09T03:51:31","slug":"haun-abraham-will","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/hawkins\/haun-abraham-will\/","title":{"rendered":"Will of Abraham Haun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 24px\">Will Book __, Page 253 <br \/> Proven: Aug. 2, 1847 <\/p>\n<p>In the Name of God, Amen, <\/p>\n<p>I <b>Abraham Haun<\/b> being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth, to wit: <\/p>\n<p>After all my just debts are paid and a decent burial, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife <b>Elizabeth<\/b> all my lands during her life; also the choice of my horse beasts, also two choice cows and calves, and for the said <b>Elizabeth Haun<\/b> my wife, to have as much of the other stock as she may stand in need of. <\/p>\n<p>I also want my wife to have one choice axe and one weeding hoe, also the loom and furniture to it. <\/p>\n<p>Also all my property not disposed of to be sold at public sale and my wife to have the money. <\/p>\n<p>I want it to be fairly and unequally understood that my son <b>James Haun<\/b> but one dollar of my Estate. <\/p>\n<p>After my wife&#8217;s death. I want all of my Estate to be sold and an equal division made between the balance of my children. <\/p>\n<p>I nominate, constitute and appoint <b>James Witt<\/b> my sole Executor.
