In the Name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n
I do hereby constitute this my last Will & Testament, revoking all others heretofore made.<\/p>\n
I now proceed to make the following disposition of my property both real and personal which division shall take place after my death.<\/p>\n
I give unto my wife Frances<\/b> a negro woman Peggy<\/b>, a negro man Miles <\/b>and a negro boy Manson<\/b> during her widowhood; also one cow and calf, one feather bed and furniture for the same forever.<\/p>\n
I do give unto the heirs of my son Thomas Haynes<\/b> $15.00 forever.<\/p>\n
Unto the heirs of my son Turner Haynes<\/b>, $10.00 forever.<\/p>\n
Unto my son Drury Haynes<\/b>, $25.00 forever;<\/p>\n
unto Lazarus Spears<\/b> $25.00 forever;<\/p>\n
unto James Bradley <\/b>$25.00 forever;<\/p>\n
unto my daughter Feruby Spears<\/b> a negro girl Lydia<\/b> forever.<\/p>\n
Unto my daughter Sarah Charles<\/b> a negro girl Edy<\/b> forever.<\/p>\n
Unto my daughter Jane Hagan<\/b> a negro boy Joe<\/b> forever:<\/p>\n
unto my daughter Mary Haynes<\/b> a negro boy John<\/b>, a negro girl Margaret<\/b> forever.<\/p>\n
The residue of my property both real and personal I wish to be sold and proceeds thereof to be equally divided between my sons, John, Christopher, Jesse<\/b> and Francis<\/b>.<\/p>\n
The above loaned negroes to my wife at the expiration of her widowhood to be sold and equally divided between my sons above mentioned — John, Christopher, Jesse & Francis<\/b>.<\/p>\n
I do hereby constitute my son-in-law James Bradley<\/b> and my nephew Haynes Amis<\/b> my sole Executors.<\/p>\n
