In the Name of God, Amen —<\/p>\n
I give my body to the mother dust and my immortal soul to God who gave it.<\/p>\n
The first. I wish to be buried in a Christian manner.<\/p>\n
Second. I wish my burial expense paid out of my Estate.<\/p>\n
Third. I will to my beloved wife Sally<\/b> her lifetime all my property and one half of my plantation I bought in the State of Kentucky in Monroe Co. of James B. Tommas<\/b>, and the half belongs to my beloved son George<\/b> in the partnership purchase, and at my death and my beloved wife Sally<\/b>, I give him the whole of my plantation to my son George<\/b>, and I bind him in this my will to pay my beloved daughter Lucritia Wax<\/b> the sum of $400.00 in cash.<\/p>\n
Also, to pay my daughter Malvinia King<\/b> $100.00 in cash, to be paid in two years after my death & my wife Sally<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Also I give all the money I have on hand to my son George<\/b> to lift my bond from James B. Tommas<\/b> for the above tract of land, and my personal property to be sole at my death and my beloved wife, and to be equally divided between my children.<\/p>\n
I also bind my son George<\/b> to pay all my just debts. In testimony given under my hand and seal This 25th day of October, 1856.<\/p>\n
