I Elizabeth Moore <\/b>of the County of Hawkins, State of Tenn., being in sound sense and memory do make this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n
Item. I give and devise unto my daughter Elizabeth Yoe<\/b> a negro girl named Sharlotte<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Item. I give and devise unto my daughter Sally Williams <\/b>the tract of land whereon I now live, also a negro named Mourning<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Item. I free my negro Sela<\/b>.<\/p>\n
The balance of my Estate I give to be equally divided between Hugh Moore, Galaher Moore, Cleon Moore, Ewell Moore, John Moore<\/b>‘s heirs Elizabeth Yoe<\/b> and Sally Williams<\/b>.<\/p>\n
And Lastly. I appoint my sons Hugh G. Moore<\/b> and Cleon Moore<\/b> to execute this my last Will and Testament.<\/p>\n
