Smith<\/b> be my sole Executor, to attend to my business, and that after my death, he &#8212; the said <b>Wade H. Smith<\/b> &#8212; shall attend to the selling of all my property that I have any claim to &#8212; to be sold at public sale on a credit of 12 months,<\/p>\n<p>and it is my wish and desire that, first of all, all my just debts be paid, and secondly, my wife <b>Susan <\/b>be decently supported out of the balance of the proceeds of my property as long as she shall live,<\/p>\n<p>and if there shall be anything left at her death, (it) to be equally divided between my three children, <b>Sarah, Frank<\/b> and <b>Gipson<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal.
