I give my soul into care of Almight [<em>as transcribed<\/em>] God who created and gave it.<\/p>\n<p>Second. My body to the Earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors.<\/p>\n<p>And Third and lastly. My Earthly Estate wherewith I may die seized or possessed I give and bequeath in manner following:<\/p>\n<p>First, I allow all my just debts to be paid.<\/p>\n<p>Second. I will to my son <b>John Galbraith<\/b> my negro boy <b>Albert <\/b>and my negro girl <b>Araminto<\/b> and $200.00 in money, also my old servant negro man <b>Aaron<\/b>, the said negro having been a faithful servant and it is his wish to reside with my said son <b>John<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Third. I will to my daughter <b>Elizabeth Armstrong<\/b> my negro boy <b>Mitchell<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Forthly. I will to my son <b>Andrew Galbraith<\/b> the sum of ten dollars which I consider his part having heretofore provided for him.<\/p>\n<p>Fifthy [<em>as transcribed<\/em>]. I will to my son <b>Aeneas S. Galbraith <\/b>my negro woman <b>Minna <\/b>and her youngest child <b>Nancy<\/b> to my grand daughter <b>Elizabeth Galbraith<\/b>, daughter of my son <b>Aeneas<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Sixthly. I will that all my stock of every kind, household furniture, farming utensils and money on hand and every kind of property not heretofore disposed of to be sold and the money arising therefrom to be equally divided among my herein after named children, share and share alike (To wit): My daughter <b>Margaret Young<\/b>, <b>Elizabeth Armstrong, Polly Looney, Sally Young, Julia Davis, Tabetha Henderson <\/b>and <b>Lucinda Carrington<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Forthly and Lastly. I constitute and appoint my two sons <b>John Galbraith <\/b>and <b>Aeneas S.
