I direct that my funeral expense and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly. I give and bequeath to my son <b>Winsted D. Cobb<\/b> and his heirs all my Estate, real and personal, to wit: The tract of land whereon I now live of 50 acres more or less, joining the lands of <b>Wiley Cobb<\/b>&#8216;s heirs and <b>P. G. Murrel <\/b>and others, one yellow mare, one muley red, bridle cow, one cupboard, one bureau, all my beds and bed clothing, one kettle and one clock, all my bacon and lard, together with everything I may die seized and possessed of.<\/p>\n<p>Thirdly. My son <b>Winsted D. Cobb,<\/b> one year after my death is to pay<\/p>\n<p>[Note: bullets added below for ease of reading]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Pleasant G. Murrel<\/b> $40.00<\/li>\n<li>and to my daughter <b>Sally Trent <\/b>$5.00<\/li>\n<li>and to my grand daughter <b>Polly Frazier <\/b>$1.00<\/li>\n<li>and to the heirs of <b>Wiley Cobb<\/b>, $1.00<\/li>\n<li>and to my daughter <b>Polly Murrel<\/b>, $1.00<\/li>\n<li>and to my daughter <b>Fanny Murrel<\/b>, $1.00<\/li>\n<li>and to the heirs of<b> Jacob How <\/b>$1.00<\/li>\n<li>and to my son <b>Edward Cobb<\/b>, $1.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lastly. I appoint my son <b>Winsted D. Cobb<\/b> my Executor.<\/p>\n<p>In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal.
