\nProven: Feb. Term, 1861<\/p>\n
I, Susannah Critz <\/b>do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n
First. I direct that all expenses and all debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my Executor.<\/p>\n
Second. I give and bequeath my riding mare to Mary Kinkead.<\/b><\/p>\n
Thirdly. I give and bequeath a one year old horse colt to Samuel A. Kinkead<\/b> and all the cash, notes and accounts and all my rent, grain of every description.<\/p>\n
Fifthly and lastly. I give and bequeath to Mary Kinkead <\/b>one cow and calf and all my household and kitchen furniture and my bed and all my bed clothing.<\/p>\n
Lastly. I denominate and appoint David Kinkead <\/b>my Executor.<\/p>\n
In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal. This the 19th day of December, 1857.<\/p>\n
