I, Elizabeth Cooper<\/b> being of sound mind, but weak in bodily strength, do declare this to be my last Will in writing. This eighth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty eight.<\/p>\n
I do bequeath and give unto my son James Cooper<\/b> by lot of land whereon I now live, containing 70 or 80 acres, be the same more or less & my two head of horses, and my son James<\/b> is to pay all my just and honest debts.<\/p>\n
And all of the balance of my property to be equally divided between my children.<\/p>\n
And that my son James Cooper<\/b> is to be my Executor of my last Will & Testament in writing.<\/p>\n
