This eighth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty eight.<\/p>\n<p>I do bequeath and give unto my son <b>James Cooper<\/b> by lot of land whereon I now live, containing 70 or 80 acres, be the same more or less &amp; my two head of horses, and my son <b>James<\/b> is to pay all my just and honest debts.<\/p>\n<p>And all of the balance of my property to be equally divided between my children.<\/p>\n<p>And that my son <b>James Cooper<\/b> is to be my Executor of my last Will &amp; Testament in writing.<\/p>\n<p>Given under my hand and seal, Feb&#8217;y 8, 1828.<\/p>\n<p><b>Elizabeth<\/b> [<span style=\"font-style: italic\">X<\/span>] <b>Cooper <\/b>(seal)<\/p>\n<p>Witness:<\/p>\n<p><b>Jas.
