November 28th day 1871.<\/p>\n<p>I <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth Grigsby<\/span> have this day made and do make this my last will and testament and publish this as the same hereby revoking and making void all other will by me at any time made.<\/p>\n<p>2nd &#8212; My will and desire is that as soon after my death as practicable, I wish my just debts including my funeral expenses be paid out of any money that may come to my representatives hands out of my personal estate.<\/p>\n<p>3rd &#8212; I give to my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth Jane Beck<\/span> one bed and my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Serena White<\/span> one bed, no cover with neither, my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James<\/span> my clock and wagon.<\/p>\n<p>I give to my granddaughter, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Winney Ernestine Grigsby<\/span> my c______.<\/p>\n<p>The remainder of all my personal property including my mare to be sold at ___ to the highest bidder and all the money after my debts are paid be divided among my children as follows:<\/p>\n<p>My son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">John S. Grigsby<\/span> and my daughter <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Winney Self<\/span> one dollar each, and the balance to be equally divided between the rest of my children to wit: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Henry Grigsby<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polly A. Couch<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">John Grigsby<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Samuel Grigsby<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James Grigsby<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elizabeth Jane Beck<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Serena White<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Martha Long<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polly Ann Arnott<\/span> to have <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Polly A. Couch<\/span>&#8216;s part<\/p>\n<p>and if my clothing can be divided equally and agreeable with my heirs made equal in this will. I would rather, otherwise to be sold and the proceeds divided as aforesaid.<\/p>\n<p>I now give to my youngest son, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James D. Grigsby<\/span>, a certain piece of land being fifty acres more of less said tract of land was give to me by my father <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Henry Loudeback<\/span>, including my homestead and buildings.<\/p>\n<p>I do nominate and appoint my son <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">James D.
