In the Name of God, Amen.<\/p>\n
I, Sarah Tarter<\/span>, of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee, being of advanced age, but in good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and considering, the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament hereby making void all wills that may have been made by me at any time heretofore.<\/p>\n First. It is my will and desire that out of any monies that may be on hand at the time of my death, or out of the first monies that may come into the hands of my Executor hereinafter named, all the expenses attending my funeral shall be paid.<\/p>\n Secondly. It is my will and desire should I owe any debts at the time of my death, said debts shall be paid by my said Executor.<\/p>\n Thirdly. To my much esteemed and well beloved son in law, Robert A. Hounshell<\/span> and his wife Elizabeth<\/span> my well beloved daughter, I will and bequeath all the Estate that I may be possessed of at the time of my death, whether the same consists of monies, goods, lands, real, personal or mixed Estate, to them and their heirs or assigns forever.<\/p>\n Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint said Robert A. Hounshell<\/span> my Executor of this my last Will & Testament.<\/p>\n In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal.
