I, Jesse Trent, Sr.<\/span> of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee, being weak in body, but of sound, disposing mind, ordain and desire this to be my last Will & Testament.<\/p>\n I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Trent<\/span> all of my Estate both real and personal to be at her disposal and control forever – out of which she if to pay all my just debts.<\/p>\n It is my desire that my said wife be Executrix of this my last Will & Testament and that no security be required of her for the execution of the same.<\/p>\n In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my had and seal.
