I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hands of my Administrators.

I give to my son James Allen Sanders 150 acres of land, and to my son Nelson Sanders 150 acres of land, under the following provisions: James is to take Nelson at my death and keep him well fed and comfortably clothed, and is to take care that he is well treated, for which he shall give bond and security to my administrators if he shall well and truly carry out these provisions as here stated he is to have the use of Nelson‘s land during his life and at his death, it shall belong to James.
