\nFiled and Proven: October 7, 1878<\/p>\n
I William T. Enser<\/span> of the County of Hawkins, State of Tennessee being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will.<\/p>\n First — I will myself a decent burial.<\/p>\n 2nd. — After my burial and funeral expenses are paid I give to each of my children to wit: Martha Goforth<\/span>‘s heirs, John K Enser<\/span>, Barbary E. Sells<\/span>, William T. Enser<\/span> and Sarah E. Allison<\/span> the sum of one dollar each to be made out of any property I may leave at the time of my death.<\/p>\n 3rd. — The balance of my property together with my land I give to my wife Cary<\/span> to have and to hold the same during her natural life or widowhood and after that to go to my daughter Darthula Enser<\/span> to do with as she sees fit or proper.<\/p>\n Given under hand and seal this the 14th day of May 1878.<\/p>\n William T.
