I Minerva Phillips<\/span> do make and publish this as my last will and testament.<\/p>\n It is my will that after my legal liabilities including my funeral expenses is paid all my estate real and personal go to and belong to my mother Clementine Phillips<\/span>.<\/p>\n In witness whereof I hereunto set my name in presence of John W. Phillips<\/span> and John W.
