\nFiled and Proven: November 1, 1875<\/p>\n
I Clinton Lee<\/span> do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.<\/p>\n First — I direct that my funeral expenses and all just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executors.<\/p>\n Secondly — I give and bequeath to David Lee<\/span>, my son, and one dollar of my real estate and also I bequeath unto Martha Wright<\/span>, my daughter, one dollar of my real estate.<\/p>\n I bequeath unto Sarah Ann Mefford<\/span>, my daughter, one dollar of my real estate.<\/p>\n I bequeath unto William Lee<\/span>, my son, and the youngest daughter will and unto each of them one dollar of my real estate.<\/p>\n I will and bequeath unto Gr__ F. Lee<\/span>, all of my real estate and two hundred and eighty acres of land more or less.<\/p>\n Also I will and bequeath unto Gr__ F. Lee<\/span>, and his heirs and assignees forever.<\/p>\n I do hereby nominate and appoint Thomas C.
