William Marshall (? – ?)
Member of North Carolina House of Commons, 1787; representing Hawkins County (then North Carolina, now Tennessee); Franklinite. No information has been located on Representative Marshall, other than he was the first Register of Spencer (i.e. Hawkins) County, and his service in the North Carolina General Assemblies, 1787-88.
