Will of Sarah White

I Sarah White of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee being advanced in years but of sound disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills heretofore by me made.
I give and bequeath of my son James White and to him and assigns forever my house and lot in the town of Rogersville, Tennessee on Church Street adjoining the lots of William White and Mrs. Maria Wells containing about of an acre.
As to my other property I may die possessed of I leave it to be equally divided among my lawful heirs according to the statute laws of the State of Tennessee.
I hereby nominate appoint my son James White executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 22nd day of May AD 1866.
