Will Book ___, Page 495
Proven: January Term, 1852
Mediating on the uncertainty of human events being of advanced age, but of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me.
In the first place, I give unto Almighty god the care of my soul.

I hereby constitute and appoint my son-in-law Daniel Harrell my Executor to this my last Will & Testament, authorizing my said Executor to act without the requirement of security.
In testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand and seal This 14th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.
