I, Jesse Trent, Sr. of the County of Hawkins and State of Tennessee, being weak in body, but of sound, disposing mind, ordain and desire this to be my last Will & Testament.

I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Trent all of my Estate both real and personal to be at her disposal and control forever – out of which she if to pay all my just debts.

It is my desire that my said wife be Executrix of this my last Will & Testament and that no security be required of her for the execution of the same.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my had and seal. This 25th day of July, 1837.
