I Minerva Phillips do make and publish this as my last will and testament.

It is my will that after my legal liabilities including my funeral expenses is paid all my estate real and personal go to and belong to my mother Clementine Phillips.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my name in presence of John W. Phillips and John W. Harris who I signed to become witnesses to this my last will on this the 7th day of September 1878.
