B. DORRIS<\/strong> and James MCCANN<\/strong> for the taking care of paupers which was adopted.<\/p>\n Order appointing Commmissioners to set apart one year’s provisions to Martha R. MINTER<\/strong> and Mary A. MASHBURN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Five overseers of roads appointed.<\/p>\n Order binding John C. THOMPSON<\/strong>, a white child, to James TOONE, sr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Order binding Leroy THOMPSON<\/strong>, a white child, to James TOONE, jr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Chaney<\/strong>, Winney<\/strong>, Dawson<\/strong> and Samuel POTTS<\/strong>, colored children, apprenticed to J. BLALOCK<\/strong>, surrendered by said BLALOCK<\/strong> and bound unto James MCGUIRE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n J. B. SIMMONS<\/strong> renewed his bond as guardian of WORRELL<\/strong> heirs.<\/p>\n W. M. NORMENT<\/strong> renewed his bond as guardian of HARRIS<\/strong> heirs.<\/p>\n Order appointing commissioners to assign dower to Mrs. Emily DOYLE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Order continuance in case State of Tennessee vs. Levi S. GOUGH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Order continuance and alias summons in case M. C. PANKEY<\/strong> vs. J. H. ROBINSON<\/strong> et al.<\/p>\n Report sale land belonging to the estate of Henry DAVIS<\/strong>, dec’d, filed and confirmed and title decreed to the purchaser.<\/p>\n Report sale land belonging to the estate of W. B. ELKS<\/strong>, dec’d, filed and confirmed and title decreed to the purchaser.<\/p>\n Order setting aside special fund to E. P. MCNEAL<\/strong>, ex’r estate J. J. WILLIAMS<\/strong>, for the purpose of paying taxes on Arkansas lands.<\/p>\n Order guardian adlitem and reference in case Malvena A. CARTER<\/strong> et al vs. Jesse E. CARTER<\/strong> et al.<\/p>\n Order appointing commissioners to divide land between D. A. CARTER and the legatees of J. B. CARTER<\/strong> dec’d.<\/p>\n Order to sell undivided half of mills and land belonging to the legatees of J. B. CARTER<\/strong> dec’d.<\/p>\n Order to sell land belonging to the estate of John H. LANIER<\/strong> dec’d.<\/p>\n Report commissioners appointed to set apart dower to Nancy WHITEHORN<\/strong> filed and confirmed and title decreed.<\/p>\n Report commissioners appointed to set apart one year’s provisions to Emily DOYLE<\/strong> and Berthenia STONE<\/strong> filed and confirmed.<\/p>\n Pro-rata statements of the insolvent estates of E.
