State of Tennessee Hamilton County In the name of God amen. I morning Johnson, widow and relict ? of James Johnson deceased of said county and State aforesaid, being of sound mind also of advanced age, and knowing that I must shortly depart this life, deem it right and proper both as regards my family and myself that I should make disposition of the property that a kind providence has blessed with do therefor make this my last will and testament. That is to say that I have paid my oldest son, William Johnson a resident Meiggs County Tenn his share of his Fathers estate amounting to Three Hundred Dollars also. My oldest daughter May ? ______ ______ has been paid the amount Three Hundred Dollars also. My son James Johnson has been paid the amount of Three Hundred Dollars. Also my Daughter Mary Withins has been paid the amount of Three Hundred Dollars also. Harriet Jane Watkins has been paid the amount of Three Hundred Dollars also. Franzina ? Johnson has been paid Three Hundred Dollars also. Eliza Johnson has been paid Three Hundred Dollars. Also Alta Johnson has been paid One Hundred & Fifty five Dollars her part of my estate. Also Sarah Johnson has been paid ____ hundred and fifty Dollars her share of my estate. It now remains that I should make some provision for my son Thomas H. Johnson who has never yet received anything from his Father's estate. It is my will and desire that he support me as he has done for many years _____ that he have in addition to his share of his father's estate the amount of his claims against me and what he may pay out for me and my support during my life time and also my stock consisting of one bay mare and one cow and heifer also all my house hold and kitchen furniture except a few things hereafter mentioned which is to given to my daughter Alta Burke. her ?
