This Indenture made this 10th day of May between Cornelius MILLIKEN of the county of Hamilton and State of Tennessee of the one part and CLIFT & McREE of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Cornelius MILLIKEN for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid the receipt receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has Granted bargained sold alien conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does does grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Clift & McRee their heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county aforesaid. Beginning as follows to wit one tract of land. Beginning on a black oak corner to BOYDSTON and ROGERS entry of No. 1 Running South twenty eight west one hundred and sixty five poles opposit STRINGERS Corner to a Black oak thence a Straight line to STRINGERS corner and along his line in all one hundred and twenty two poles thence north sixty two east one hundred and sixty five poles to the aforesaid Entry of No. 1 thence to the Beginning and one other tract beginning on a black oak and post oak marked so Beginning corner to an entry made by Benjamin CHERRY of No. 5 dated the 10th 1826. Thence with a line of said Entry north thirty five west forty eight poles to a black thence south fifty five west fifty seven poles to two post oaks in said line at the top of mountain creek Ridge thence north twenty East along said Ridge one hundred and eighty one poles to a due west line thence East with said line 100 poles to a white oak thence South 30 west 210 poles to a line of said CHERRYS entry thence with said line north thirty five west to the Beginning and one other tract beginning at a post oak corner to David CUNNINGHAMS fifty acre entry thence south sixty west with a line of said entry forty four poles to a post oak thence South twenty eight west one hundred poles to a post oak thence north sixty two west fifty poles to a line of said MILLIKENS survey thence north thirty eight eight east with said line one hundred poles to the corner of said tract and corner to David CUNNINGHAMS tract. Thence South sixty east to the beginning and one other tract Beginning at a poplar and white oak in the fork of a branch near William JAMES old improvement running north thirty six east thirty two poles to a stake thence north fifty three west one hundred and twenty eight poles to a stake thence South thirty six west sixty four poles to a stake thence south fifty three east one hundred and twenty eight poles to a stake thence north thirty six east thirty two poles to the Beginning the several tract in all containing three hundred and six acres more or less with the appurtenances and all the estate right title interest property and claim of me the said Cornelius MILLIKEN of in and to the same To have and to hold the lands hereby conveyed with all and singular the premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Clift and McRee their heirs and assigns forever and the said Cornelius MILLIKEN his heirs hereby bargained and sold with the appurtenances unto the said CLIFT and McREE their heirs and assigns against the said Cornelius Milliken his heirs executors and administrators all and singular the premises and all and every other person or persons whatsoever doth and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In witness whereof the said Cornelius MILLIKEN hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written.

This Deed of Trust made and entered into this eleventh day of August D.A.1835 between Isaac CURRY of the one part and Asahel RAWLINGS of the other part all of the county of Hamilton and State of Tennessee Witnesseth that whereas the said Isaac CURRY is indebted to the said Aaron M. RAWLINGS by promissory note of hand and open account to the amount of about forty Dollars and to secure the payment thereof the said Isaac CURRY does by these presents sell and transfer unto the said Asahel RAWLINGS as trustee as aforesaid for the use and benefit of the said Aaron M. RAWLINGS a certain sorrell horse which said CURRY purchased of said RAWLINGS seventeen head of hogs and one hundred bushels of the now growing crop if there remains so much after paying the rent of the plantation to Robert L. GAMBLE and if sd. CURRY has or shall contract said horse to any other person the consideration or note of hand therefor to be placed in said trustees hands in stid and the said CURRY does authorise and impower the said Asahel RAWLINGS in the event of the said Debt being unpaid to the said RAWLINGS by said CURRY by the 1st of January 1836 to proceed to advertise (as in case of officers sales of personal property and sell the aforesaid articles of property to the highest bidder for ready money and to apply the same to the satisfaction of said debts but if said debts shall be paid on or before the day of such sale of said property then the said Asahel RAWLINGS to relinquish and quit claim of said property to the said Isaac CURRY or his legal representatives Witness our hands and seals this day and date first herein above written.

This Deed of Trust made this Twenty ninth day of June 1835 between Thomas DAUGHTRY and Arthur DAUGHTRY of the one part and John ALEXANDER of the other part all of the County of Hamilton and State of Tennessee Witnesseth that whereas the said Thomas DAUGHTRY and Arthur DAUGHTRY are indebted to Samuel IGOU the sum of Eighty five Dollars by note of hand dated this day and due the 1st day of December next and also unto Aaron M. RAWLINGS the sum of twenty eight Dollars and seventy eight cents five Dollars and 3 cts by note dated this day and due the 1st day of December next and balance by two several Judgements obtained (vs) said Thomas DAUGHTRY before John HANNA Esqr for which execution issued the 22nd day of April 1835 one a ballance due thereon of twenty one dollars the other for two Dollars and seventy five cents of the same date making in all included herein of one hundred and thirteen dollars and seventy eight cents now this Indenture Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirteen Dollars and seventy eight cents together with legal Interest from the said 22nd day of April unto the first day of December next on the aforesaid Execution the said Thomas & Arthur DAUGHTRY have given granted bartgained sold and delivered unto John ALEXANDER aforesaid as trustee in trust between the parties for the payment of said debts the following Goods & chattels and produce to wit: A Lease of land, one large ___ three cows and calves forty eight head of hogs, fourteen head of sheep, the said lease of Ground obtained of Allen RATLIFF for five years from the 10th day of December 1834 together with the crop thereon and crop of wheat and corn & oats and one Loom & house-hold and Kitchen furniture on the premises to have and to hold to the said ALEXANDER in trust as aforesaid the Goods and chattels lands & produce and all right title and Interest of them the said Thomas and Arthur DAUGHTRY their heirs and assigns unto said ALEXANDER as aforesaid for the use and benefit of the said IGOU & RAWLINGS for the satisfaction of said debts and for no other use or purpose whatever that the said ALEXANDER may dispose of all or such part of said property as will fully discharge the debts aforesaid at public sale on the 1st day of December next by first giving ten days previous notice of such sale and the time and place thereof at three conspicuous places in said county for public inspection and the proceeds of such sale to apply 1st to the discharge of the aforesaid debts with legal Interest as aforesaid to the said IGOU and RAWLINGS or assigns and further to secure & indemnify said John ALEXAND in all costs charges and expences accruing by virtue of this Deed of Trust and costs of sale &c and should said property be more then the aforesaid debts the residue the said ALEXANDER is to refund to said DAUGHTRYS after satisfying all that may accrue in this behalf expended and should said debts be previously setled the said ALEXANDER to reconvey the said property to the said Thomas & Arthur DAUGHTRY In testamony whereof we have hereunto set out hands and seals the date first herein above written.

quantity Buckles and Curb Chains and Martingales rings, two yards of cloth, eight saddle cloths, five deer skins, twenty saddle trees, ten g___ts, five straining Jacks, twenty four saddle seats, two buff skins, one cow and calf, one side bridle - leather, two hundred bushels corn, five candle sticks, two bottles varnish, one writing table, one writing desk and one Looking Glass, To have and to hold the same to the said John L. DIVINE his heirs and assigns forever. I do covenant with the said John L. Divine that I am lawfully possessed of said property and have a good right to sell and convey it, and I bind myself to warrant and forever defend the title to the said property and every article thereof against the lawful claims of all persons whatever. But this deed is made for the following uses and purposes and no other use or trust, that is to say I am indebted to M. & M. RAWLINGS, in the sum of One Hundred and twelve dollars, sixty two cents due by note to R. M. RAWLINGS, One Hundred and Five Dollars, by note and one hundred and fifty by Book account, and to D. J. RAWLINGS, forty dollars due by note, making in all four hundred and seventy-six two cents, which is now due and justly oweing and am desirous to secure and make certain the payment of the same. Now if I should pay said debts at six months from and after this date then this deed to be
void, but if I should not then the said John L. DIVINE, as Trustee, after giving ten days notice in writing at the Court House Door in Dallas and at two other public places in the Fifth district in Hamilton County, may expose the said property to public sale and sell it to the highest bidder for cash and appropriate the proceeds first to the payment of the necessary expences and costs; secondly to the satisfaction of said debts of four hundred and Seven Dollars and Sixty-two cents and thirdly to pay the balance if any there be, to me. This the first day of November 1839.

property have a good right to convey it and that the same is unincumbered. I do further covenant and bind myself, my heirs and representatives to warrant
and forever defend the title to the said property and every part thereof to the said Thos. W. SPICER, his heirs and assigns against to lawful claim of
all persons whatsoever. But this deed is made for the following uses and trusts and for no other purpose. That is to say I am indebted to one Daniel
J. RAWLINGS, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars by note, under seal of this date and due on the 23rd day of December, 1839 and am desirous to secure and
make certain the payment of the same. Now if I should pay the said debt at the time aforesaid, then this deed to be void, but if I should not, then the
said Thos. W. SPICER, as Trustee, after giving notice in writing at the Court house door of said county ten days, and at two other places in the Seventh
District in said county ten days previous to selling may expose the said property to public sale and sell it to the highest bidder for cash and
appropriate the proceeds first to the payment of the necessary expences, and costs, secondly to the satisfaction of said debt of one hundred dollars to
pay the balance if any there be to me. This, the 13th day of Nov. 1839.

following uses and trusts and for no other purpose, that is to say I am indebted to one A. G. W. PUCKETT and James L. REED in the sum of Seventeen
dollars and Eighteen cents due by note under seal of this date due the 25th day of December, 1839 and one note due 25 November 1840, seventy-five dollars
and am desirous to secure and make certain the payment of the same. Now if I should pay the said debt at the time aforesaid then this deed to be void, but
if I should not then the said Arthur DAUGHTERY, as Trustee, after giving ten days notice in writing at the Court house door of said county and two other
public places in the neighborhood, may expose the above described property to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand and appropriate the
proceeds of the sale first to the payment of the necessary expences and costs; secondly to the satisfaction of said debts of Ninety two dollars
eighteen cent and thirdly to pay the balance, if any there be, to me. This 26th day of Nov. 1839.

claims of all persons whatsoever. But this deed is made for the following uses and trusts and for no other purpose, that is to say, I am indebted to George W.
MITCHELL and Thomas STIFF in the sum of Eight dollars and Seventy Cents by note under seal of this date due the twenty-sixth December, 1839. And am desirous to
secure and make certain the payment of the same; Now if I should pay the said debt by the first day of July 1840, then this deed to be void But if I should
not then the said Elisha CORBITT as Trustee, after giving ten days notice in writing at the Courthouse door in said county and two other public places in the
neighborhood, may expose the said articles of property to public sale and sell it to the highest bidder for cash and appropriate the proceeds first to the
necessary expenses and costs; secondly to the satisfaction of said debt, Eight dollars and Seventy Cents, and thirdly to pay the balance if any there be, to
me, this 13th day of January, 1840.

I do hereby nominate and appoint Aaron M. RAWLINGS my attorney in fact for me and in my name, to sell and convey to any person or persons their heirs and
assigns forever, who will purchase the same by general warranty deed in one or more tracts as he may think best, my tract of land in the State of Georgia,
situate, lying and being in the (24) twenty-fourth district and second section of the late Cherokee purchase; and Known as lot No. (1) one in said district and
section, containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less, lying in Cherokee County and state aforesaid, and take and receive the consideration money or take
notes for the same at his discretion. He may also bring and prosecute in my name any suit that may be necessary to gain possession of or establish my title to

I, Thomas DAUGHTRY, of the State of Tennessee and County of Hamilton, have this day bargained and sold and do hereby bargain and sell to William H. LEWIS, of
the county and State aforesaid, for the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid, on the considerations herein after mentioned, all the following named property viz.
One heifer, twenty-four head of stock hogs, twenty acres of standing corn, the rent to be deducted out of it being the corn I made this year on the place I now
live. To have and to hold the same to the said Wm. H. LEWIS, as Trustee, in trust between the parties for following purposes and no other, & I am indebted
to M. R. ALLEM by note and execution which I am desirous to secure and make certain the payment of the same. Now if I shold pay the amount of said note and
the amount of the execution by the tenth of December next, fifty dollars then this deed to be void, but if I should fail so to pay same with legal interest
from the date of said deed then the said William H. LEWIS, as Trustee, after giving twenty days notice in writing at three of the most public places in the
Seventh Civil District in said County of Hamilton may expose the same to public sale and sell the said property to the highest bidder for cash and appropriate
the proceeds first to the payment of necessary expenses and costs; secondly , to the satisfaction of said debt and thirdly to pay the balance, if any, to me the
said Thomas DAUGHTREY. Witness our hands and seals this the fifth 15th day of October year, 1840.

Hagler on this day on the north end of a ridge east of said Evitt and west of said Hagler. said corner is established marks upon one chestnut oak two black oaks & two chestnut ? thence south with the highest peaks on said ridge a line marked and agreed on by said Evitt & Hagler about one hundred and thirty line poles to a corner made and established by James Eakin & G.W. This indenture made this 31st day of May, one thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-
One, Between Arthur DAUGHTREY of the County of Hamilton and State of Tennessee,
of the one part and Lewis DAUGHTREY of the County and State aforesaid of the
other part, Witnesseth that the said Arthur DAUGHTREY for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar to him paid and the other considerations hereinafter
mentioned hath bargained, sold and conveyed to the said Lewis DAUGHTERY a
certain tract of land in Hamilton County, being the south half of the South East
quarter of section nine fractional township four and Range three west of the
Basis line in the Ocoee District containing Eighty acres. To Have and To Hold
the said tract of land to the said Lewis DAUGHTREY, his heirs and assigns
forever. And the said Arthur DAUGHTREY doth covenant and agree for himself, his
heirs, etc. To warrant and forever defend the title to the said tract of land
and every part thereof to the said Lewis DAUGHTREY, his heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims of all persons whatever. But this deed is made for the
following uses and trusts and for no other purpose, that is to say the said
Arthur DAUGHTREY is indebted to the said Lewis in the sum of One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars due by note of hand under seal and the said Lewis DAUGHTREY being
willing to give the further indulgence of Eighteen Months for the payment of the
said sum of money, to be made by having the payment thereof secured And the said
Arthur being desirous to secure the payment as aforesaid and get the said
further Indulgence of Eighteen months. Now if the said debt shall be well and
truly paid at or before the expiration of the said Eighteen months, then this
deed shall be void. But if it should not then the said Lewis DAUGHTREY shall
give twenty day's notice on the Court House door, and three other public places
in said county by written advertisements of the time and place of sale and may
proceed to sell pursuant to said advertisement the said tracts of land to the
highest bidder for cash in hand and out of the proceeds of such sale shall first
pay the expenses attendant thereon and next pay and satisfy said debt and
interest that may be due thereon and lastly pay over to said Arthur the residue
if any. Witness my hand and seal this 31st day of May, 1841.

This indenture made this twenty-fourth day of February One thousand Eight
Hundred and Forty-one between Solomon P. MITCHELL, of the first part and George
McGHEE of the second part, and Elisha CORBITT of the third part all of the of
Hamilton and State of Tennessee, Witnesseth, that whereas, the said Solomon P.
MITCHELL is justly indebted to Elisha CORBITT, aforesaid in the sum of two
hundred dollars due by two several notes of hand for one hundred dollars each,
one dated the ___ day of ____ 18__ and due ____ after date: the other dated the
____ day of _____, 18 ____ and due _____ after date, and the said Elisha
CORBITT, being willing to extend to the said Solomon P. Mitchell the further
indulgence of twelve months from this date for the payment of said sum of two
hundred dollars and the interest now due and that may become due on said sum
until paid by having the payment there of secured, and the said Solomon P. being
willing to secure the same in consideration of said Indulgence being given. Now
I the said Solomon P. MITCHELL, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
bargain, sell and deliver to the said George McGHEE, his heirs and assigns
forever, five beds, bedsteads and furniture, two cupboards and their furniture,
five tables, two dozen common chairs, four ovens, three and one skillet, one
Bureau, one cow and calf, three heifers and two small steers. To have and to
hold the ________________ said George McGHEE, his heirs and assigns forever. But
this deed is nevertheless made in trust for the following use and purposes and
no other use or purpose whatever, that is to say if the aforesaid sum of two
hundred and interest already due and to become due shall be well and truly paid
at or before the expiration of the time aforesaid then this deed shall be void,
if not then the said George McGHEE shall proceed at the request of the said
Elisha CORBITT, to advertise at the Court house door in the town of Harrison and
two other public places in said county of Hamilton, by giving ten days notice of
the time and place of sale the property herein conveyed to him and sell the same
to the highest bidder for cash and first apply the proceeds to the payment of
the necessary expences attending the execution of this deed of trust, next to
the payment of said sum of two hundred dollars and interest as aforesaid, and
the residue, if any, pay over to the said Solomon P. or his heirs, In witness
whereof the said Solomon P. MITCHELL and the said George McGHEE have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and date above written.

State of Tennessee of the one part, and Robert C. McREE of the county and State
aforesaid, of the other part. Witnesseth, that the said Arthur DAUGHTREY, for
and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars in hand paid the
receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, hath and by these presents doth grant,
bargain, sell, alien, enfeeoff, convey and confirm unto the said Robert C.
McREE, his heirs and assigns forever, a certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Hamilton, in the 7th Civil District being the south
half of the Southeast quarter of Section nine, fractional township four and
Range three west of the Basis line in the Ocoee District, containing Eighty
Acres. To have and to Hold the said Eighty Acres of land, with its appurtenances
and hereditaments to the said Robert C. McREE, and his heirs and assigns
forever, as an estate of inheritance in fee simple and the said Arthur DAUGHTREY
for himself, his heirs, & doth covenant with the said Robert C. McREE his heirs
that the said Eighty Acres of land is unincumbered and that he hath a good right
