DANCY,GARRISON

Margery A. GARRISON said in an affidavit in 1851 that she was married in February 1830 by Justice of the Peace Frank DANCY but she did say where. As the minor boy she married was born and raised in Giles Co. and they had their 1st child in Tn. before moving to Marshall Co., Ala. in 1836, I assume the marriage occurred in Giles County. I would like to know if Frank DANCY was a J.P. in Giles County in 1830 and if so, where in Giles County? Thank you. Melton E. Durant Route 4 Box 580 Jacksonville, Tx. 75766 e-mail mdurant@sat.net

ENDSLEY, JAMES K.

ENDSLEY, James K., wife Elizabeth. They had around 14 children. I would like to find out any information I can. My Grandmother, Lessie Mae (Endsley) Bland was the youngest. I know my Grandmother witnessed the murder of her father. Her father was a farmer. I "think" the maiden name of her mother was Brown. Her name may have been Mary Elizabeth or Lucinda instead of Mary. Anyone that could help me I would appreciate it.
