COWAN<\/strong>, of Somerville, was dead. \u00a0<strong>Mr. PARKER<\/strong> and his family left on the afternoon train for Somerville to attend the funeral. &#8211;\u00a0<em>Commercial Appeal\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Mr. COWAN<\/strong> referred to has lived for many years in the vicinity of In&lt;&#8230;&gt;, in the second district of Fayette county. \u00a0He is a brother of <strong>M.P. COWAN<\/strong> and <strong>D.F.
