Jennie Hale 1874-1947
Joseph Blue Hale October 3, 1877-July 26, 1964
Jennie Bell Scott was the daughter of Randolph and Jane McMillen Scott.
She was born November 1, 1874 in DeKalb Co, TN. She married J[ohn] M
Hindsley on June 4, 1896 in DeKalb Co, TN. He died before 1910, and
Jennie was widowed and residing next to her father's dwelling in 1910.
She
married second to Joseph Blue Hale on July 28, 1914. Jennie died on
October 18, 1947 in
DeKalb Co, TN from a cerebral hemorrhage with right hemiplegia, and
pneumonia. She was buried October 19.
Joseph Blue Hale was born October 3, 1877 to Reubin and Sarah Catherine
Vantrease Hale. He was married to Mary Belle Page on March 22, 1900,
DeKalb Co, TN. They had at least two sons, Odie and John before Mary
died. Joseph Blue Hale married second to Jennie Bell (nee Scott) Hindsley on July 28,
1914. He died July 26, 1964.
