George T McMillen was born January 29, 1886, the son of Samuel McMillen
and Francis Measles. He married Bertha Harvey in 1907, who is buried in
the next grave to the left. He married Ida Delma Gibbs on December 26,
1928 in DeKalb Co., TN. He died November 30, 1971 in DeKalb Co., TN.
Ida Delma Gibbs was born March 27, 1907 and died September 5, 1999, the
daughter of DeWitt and Mary F. (Norton) Gibbs. She married George T
McMillen, as his second wife. No TN death certificate nor SSDI
record found for her. Died outside of TN?? Of her siblings,
she was the only child listed as born in KY in both the 1910 and 1920
DeKalb Co., TN censuses.
George's only son was Jimmie Hudson McMillen, also buried here, who
died as a child and was the son of George's first wife, Bertha Harvey.
