Mary Etter Hathaway was born September 26, 1895 to Jim and Tennie
Kelley Hathaway. She married Ellis D Alexander on March 21, 1914 in
deKalb Co., TN. She died February 27, 1924 in Liberty,
District 13, DeKalb, TN. She was buried on February 28 and the cause of
death was bronchial pneumonia. The informant on her death certificate
was Ada Hendrickson of Liberty.
Ellis D Alexander was the son of Reuben and Permelia Catherine Davis
Alexander. He was born on February 16, 1895 and died on August 11, 1964
in Davidson Co., TN where he resided at the time. After Etter
died, he married Ocia Anderson on April 4, 1925 in DeKalb Co, TN.
Ocia (Anderson) Alexander died on August 6, 1975 at age 77 in Davidson Co., TN where she resided at the time.
