This Bible was published by The Southwestern Company, Publishers & Booksellers, Nashville, Tenn. There is no date of publication. This is a regular book-sized Bible and I think it has been re-bound. In the back is a sticker from Norris Bookbinding Co. Greenwood, Miss. I don't think the Bible is very old, but it is older than zip codes and 2 character state abbreviations, at least.
I copied every item as faithfully as I could, page for page. The first entry, about the dog, is at the top of a page with a drawing depicting The Temple Rebuilt By Herod. All the remaining entries are on blank pages. There are blank pages scattered thro ughout the pages with entries.
A lot of the entries seem to have been done at one time. There are obvious additions throughout. Probably most of the entries were done shortly after my Grandmother got the Bible. I think I can even tell when she used a ball point pen.
