October 6, 1824 to his son's, William Jr. and Richard JONES, Morganton
Post Office, Burke Co. NC from their father William JONES, he stated they
were living with their son, Robert. Robert had a good tract of land on

John RINEHART was dead, that a man stabed him in the belly at muster.
The man was in the Gainesboro jail, and was expected to hang. He asked

Are there any Fentress or Overton Co. map during 1880 - 1900 time
frame that showed where folks had their farms? I know there were
Agriculture Census for 1880. How can I show a relationalship
between these records and local maps to pin point where a track
of land is located? I looked in old deed books but I am lost -
such as, on Clear Creek or Hurricane Creek - that covers a lot
of area.. I was showen that my GGGGrand Father, Auston Wilson
had a place on Camp Ground road as you come into Overton Co.
from Fentress Co.
Then Joseph Wilson had a track of land on the south side of
Clear Creek that was apparently divided amoung his children.

Aaron Addison CUNNINGHAM and Lucinda "Cinderilla" HARRIS were
married in Cumberland Co., TN, in the early 1870's. They were living in
the BIG SANDY community at the time. Lucinda was the daughter of William
Lacy HARRIS (b. NC) and Sarah STENNIE. I suspect that Aaron's parents
were Martin and Mary CUNNINGHAM who resided in Bledsoe Co., TN, in 1850.
Aaron and Lucinda moved to Clay Co., TN, soon after their marriage, where
Aaron was a Baptist (and later First Church of God) minister. Aaron had
brothers names Calvin and Samuel and sisters Melissa and Nancy, who
married a FORTNER and moved to Indiana. Lucinda's brother Benjamin was
also a Baptist minister and died in Clay Co. I would really like to
share information and gain new information from ANYONE who has
connections to the HARRIS, STENNIE, and CUNNINGHAM families.
