Last Will and Testament of W. T. C. YOUNG made December 19th 1908.

Know all men by these presence that I W. T. C. YOUNG of the town of Friendship Tenn. the County of Crockett and state afore mentioned, considering the uncirtainty of life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make declare and publish this my last will and testament.

(1) I give and bequeath to my beloved wife MRS. S. E. YOUNG to have for her use and control, my house and lot being situated in the town of Blytheville Ark., she having the perfect right to make any transfer of this property as to Deed or otherwise as she may deem expedient for her sole good, her benefit to be substrued? in every phase or transaction. The proceeds of the sale or transfer of this property is to be invested for her direct benefit and all investment to be absolutely controled by her.

(2) The town and lot being situated in the town of Friendship in the County of Crockett and State of Tenn, I have deeded this property to her in the purchase of same, and it is my desire that she have and own the property by virtue of the Deed that was executed for same. In view of the fact that I owe one payment on the house and lot situated in the town of Friendship as mentioned above the amount of three hundred and eighty nine dollars, if this amount is not paid by me before I should die, it is my expressed desire that this note be paid out of the proceeds of my Estate along with my burrial expenses and other just debts that I may owe at the time of my demise. After the note is paid the property is to be hers to mannaged and controled by her in any way that she may deem expedient, the right of transfer of same shall be vested in her as to the property, her control of same shall be absolute.

It is my expressed desire that my wife S. E. YOUNG shall have the proceeds of all my personal property what ever those proceeds may be after all of my Just debts are paid, the proceeds of this personal property is to be hers and controled by her at her will and pleasure

It is my expressed desire that the proceeds of all personal property that I may I may leave to my beloved wife MRS. S. E. YOUNG, be used by her freely and voluntarialy, and at her death, it is my expressed desire, that the residue whatever that may be after her just debts are paid, be equally divided between my legal heirs.

(4) It is my expressed desire that DR. J. C. YOUNG of Jaesboro Ark and DR. JNO. F. SANDERS of Friendship Tenn. be my executors and I hereby name them as such. They are to take charge of my estate at my death, and carry out my expressed desires as set forth in this my last will and testament in accordance with the laws that may govern instruments of this nature.
