I, SARAH A. YORK, being of sound mind and disposing memory & knowing the certainly of death and the uncertainly of life do make and publish this as my last will & testament hereby revoking all others heretofore by me made.

1st: I want my executor herein after named to pay my personal expenses & all my past debts, if I have any out of the first money coming into his hands, belonging to my estate.

2nd: I want the remainder of my property of whatever kind, including the interest I have or may hereafter have in the estate of my deceased husband J. H. YORK divided equally between my son JOHN B. YORK & my daughter, MRS. ELIZABETH SMITH, lastly I hereby nominate & appoint my son JOHN B. YORK as my executor of his will & reposing confidence in him, I waive the necesity of his giving and bond, but he may carry out this my will without his having to give bond. Witness my hand this Nov. 16th 1901

We the undersigned witnesses certify that the testator acknowledged the above to us to be her last will & testament & her signature thereto & that we signed our names thereto as witnesses at her request & in her presence. This Nov. 16" 1901
