Will of J. B. YORK Probated Dec. 16, 1926 I, J. B. YORK of Friendship, Crockett county, Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. FIRST, I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executors. SECONDLY, I give to my daughter EDNA YORK JONES, all household and Kitchen furniture. THIRDLY, I give to my sons NED R. YORK, HENRY YORK, REAMY YORK and WILLIARD YORK my desks books and papers; I give my Gun to WILLIARD YORK and give my Watch to HENRY YORK. FOURTHLY, The remainder of my estate realized from both real and personal property and after all expenses have been paid I desire that the proceeds from same shall be equally divided share and share alike between my children, namely: NINA RICE, SARAH SANDERS, EDNA YORK JONES, the heirs of JOHN YORK JR., receiving one share, NED R. YORK, JENNIE MAE KIRBY, HENRY YORK, REAMY YORK and WILLIARD YORK. LASTLY, I do hereby nominate and appoint my son's NED R. YORK, HENRY YORK, REAMY YORK and WILLIARD YORK my executers without bond. I do hereby specifically request that any one mentioned in this will shall not attempt to set aside same or any provisions thereof from any standpoint and the one attempting to do so shall forfeit his interest under this will.
