Will of W. D. Wyse - Dated 1 June 1935

I, W. D. WYSE, of Maury City, Tenn., A merchant, make this my last Will. I give, devise, bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, as follows, that is to say:

To my daughter, WILLIE LOU WYSE HARPER, entailed to her heirs, the plot of land beginning At the N. W. Corner, At the N. E. CORNER of a lot owned by R. L. EASON; thence South 210 Ft.; thence East 100 Ft.; thence North 210 Ft.; thence West 100 Ft. to the beginning, including within abovebounds the Dwg. in which I now live, situated in Maury City, the 10th Civil District of Crockett Co. Tenn.

To JANNIE SUE RANDLE the East side of lot described Above, the dimensions of which are 210 Ft. by 110 Ft.

To my daughter, FLORENCE WYSE EMERSON, my store Bldg. in Maury City Tenn. And the lot on which it stands, bounded on the South by H. L. VAUGHN lot; North by lot now owned by Planters Bank; on East and West by streets.

After all of my honest debts are paid, should there by any at my demise, I bequeath All of my Personal Property to my daughters, FLORENCE WYSE EMERSON, JANNIE SUE WYSE RANDLE, and WILLIE LOU WYSE HARPER to share equally and alike.

I appoint H. H. RANDLE of Maury City, Tenn., a merchant and mechanic, executor of this, my last Will, without bond.

In witness where of I have signed, sealed, published and declared this instrument as my Will, at Maury City, Tenn. this June 1st, 1935.
